Meet the wellbeing team

Feeling low, depressed, anxious, stressed or just a bit blue, can make you feel isolated and alone.

Tilly Martin

Head of Customer Support

I am a massive book worm, nature lover and creative-crafter (I enjoy anything where I can make something beautiful while making a mess).

I am a passionate advocate of wellness at work and at home, and am always available to listen and support if I can.

Toni Hardie

Toni Hardie

Company Accountant

I’m a proud mother of 3 grown-up children and now mum to a blended family of 5 dogs and 2 cats with my partner.  I’ve worked in the finance team for over 18 years, and I’m a listening volunteer, treasurer, and trustee of the Cheltenham Samaritans branch.

Being a listening volunteer is one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.  I’ve heard stories that make me so grateful for my life, even when things aren’t going right.  Giving a few hours a week to be at the end of the phone for someone who is suicidal or suffering is my way of giving something back to society.

Jennifer Taylor

Finance Administrator

I support the Engage in Learning team as part of the Finance department and I am always available for a chat. I have a good awareness of disabilities, I’m dyspraxic myself, as well as being a trained Mental Health First Aider, so any issues or anything on your mind, feel free to send me a message.

I am a big animal lover and have 3 cats of varying eccentricity; one of them loves to steal my office seat every time I get up! I also love a trip to the cinema and I am a trained scriptwriter, but I enjoy all forms of writing and reading as well.

Paul Barnes

Development Team Lead

A software developer at my core, I have always had a passion for working with computers and technology.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing the guitar, chess and occasionally like to participate in sports such as badminton and 5-a-side football.

I have always enjoyed listening to people and hope this role will have a positive impact on those around me.

Sarah Knapp

Head of People and Culture

I joined Kallidus 12 years ago, working initially as a Talent Consultant but more recently as Group People and Culture Manager, providing HR services for Kallidus and its employees.

It is important that Kallidus is an enjoyable and rewarding place to work and looking after everyone’s wellbeing is a big part of that. I enjoy walking my dog, spending time with my family and volunteering at Vale Wildlife Hospital, which for me is therapy right there!

Stuart Birley

Senior Services Consultant

King of one-liner ‘dad’ jokes.
I started my career at Kallidus in January 2018 as a Consultant for Learn implementations and have gone on to work on other product implementations project within the Kallidus suite such as Perform, Recruit, Talent and 360.

We have great people at Kallidus and our wellbeing committee is a great initiative to get the best out of our people.

Chris Scotney

UK Sales Manager

I started working at Kallidus in 2017 and have loved seeing the organisation grow and expand during the last 4 years. We are aiming to create the best graduate sales position in Bristol in which well-being has a huge part to play!

I’m an avid rugby fan and love the outdoors. I attempt to mountain bike, surf and snowboard… not very well. My favourite place to go is the Brecon Beacons, especially waterfall country, if you haven’t been I’d strongly recommend it!

I’m a big wellbeing advocate and would be happy to help in any way that I possibly can.

Customer Support Analyst

I joined Kallidus in 2021 and work with in the Customer Support team.

I have 2 boys, so have become quite the expert in Lego, Dinosaurs, and all things Manchester United.  I love reading, 80’s music, and finding a good TV show to binge.

I’m a wellbeing advocate at home and at work, and always available to listen and help if I can.
